We are proud to present Associate of Counsel John Gerstle. He is one of the most experienced, respected, and successful attorneys in the region. He has practiced law for over 35 years, and has served as a prosecutor, pro tem judge, and private practitioner. He has served on numerous boards and committees within the community, including serving as president for the Johnson County Bar Association and editor for the Criminal Law Column for the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association. He has conducted over 150 jury trials. In one of his trials, Walsh v. Walmart et al, He procured a $1.3 Million judgment against Wal-Mart. He has been admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, and continues to impact the legal society and court room. Mr. Gerstle is an important and appreciated component of Martin & Wallentine.
Also, we are proud to announce that former Kansas Attorney General, Paul Morrison, is sharing office space with us. He has already been a great help to Martin & Wallentine through. Mr. Morrison has done over a hundred jury trials, many of them very high profile cases. Anybody who has followed his career knows that he is an extremely talented and successful trial lawyer.
