EXPUNGE YOUR DUI
If your dui was prior to July 2006, you may be eligible to get it expunged. Yes. Despite what many people believe, it is possible. In fact, we have done it. The Kansas legislature did make drunk driving non-expungeable in 2006. However, we have argued and won in court against this.
It is a violation of Article 1, section 9 and 10 of the United States Constitution to enforce ex post facto laws. If you have a driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol conviction that you wish to have removed from your criminal record, please call us to speak with a dui defense lawyer who has experience getting DUI convictions expunged.
We are zealous Kansas lawyers who will fight for your Constitutional rights. You must have been off probation or otherwise for five years in order to be eligible. If this is true of you, let us file and argue a petition of DUI expungement on your behalf. We may be able to remove both the conviction and the arrest from your record.
