Aggressive & Experienced Defense in Olathe

There are many different ways in which a person could permanently deprive another individual of their rightful possession, or to use or benefit the owner's property or services.

Examples include:

Although petty theft and shoplifting of property worth less than $1,000 are class A misdemeanors, theft of anything valued at more than $1,000 is a felony and will be severely punished under the nondrug sentencing grid and K.S.A. § 21-6611.

Penalties for Theft Crimes in Olathe
