Attorney C.J. Dimarco focuses his practice exclusively on civil litigation and specializes in complex, high-stakes medical-legal matters. C.J. received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University in 2016. Following his undergraduate studies, C.J. received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2019. While in law school, C.J. was a member of the UMKC Law Review Journal and also served as a Legal Writing and Research Teaching Assistant.
Since graduating from law school, C.J. has acquired substantial experience in litigating complex medicolegal matters, including personal injury class action and mass tort product liability actions, as well as matters involving claims of general negligence/personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights violations, and state/federal constitutional violations.
C.J.’s passion for helping others, competitiveness, and vast experience in high-stakes civil litigation all together provide him with the necessary tools to effectively represent clients in a broad spectrum of legal contexts.
C.J. prides himself on having an aggressive, yet empathetic, approach to successfully representing each client, and he believes that every client deserves the same level of attention and quality of representation, regardless of the type of case or how much money is at stake.
In addition to the practice of law, C.J. also enjoys playing sports and engaging in outdoor activities with his wife and two boys.
C.J. is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
