Kansas City, MO (May 27, 2023) –A motorcyclist was left with significant injuries following a multivehicle accident that took place in the Kansas City area.
On May 23, the police and firefighters out of Kansas City responded to the scene of a crash on Northeast Antioch Road.
Reports from authorities show that a three-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle took place on the roadway near Northeast 53rd Street. The incident involved a silver GMC terrain, which was heading southbound on the roadway. The GMC attempted to make a left turn onto Northeast 53rd Street when it collided with the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was ejected from their vehicle. The motorcycle continued forward and struck a Lexus SUV.
The motorcyclist suffered critical injuries as a result of the accident. The victim was rushed to an area hospital for emergency medical treatment.
The crash is currently being investigated by the Kansas City Police Department.
