Clinton, MO (June 28, 2023) – On Just 27, calls for help were received by the Missouri State Highway Patrol regarding a crash that took place in Henry County.

At approximately 10:15 a.m., MSHP was called to the scene of an automobile collision that occurred on Rives Road.

Investigations surrounding the crash indicate that a 2016 Lincoln Continental was traveling in the area of 117 Rives Road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, who was later identified as 57-year-old Lesa Scheibof from Clinton, Missouri, was seriously injured in the crash. Golden Valley EMS responded to the scene to care for the victim before transporting her to Research Medical Hospital for emergency care.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
