Grandview, MO (December 30, 2023) – A woman lost her life as a result of an automobile accident that took place in the Kansas City area on Friday morning, December 29. At approximately 9:00 a.m., emergency officials were called to the scene of a crash on Interstate 49.
The police department reports indicate that a 2021 Ford Flex SUV was traveling south on the northbound side of Interstate 49. As the vehicle proceeded forward, it collided with a 2013 Ford Taurus. A passenger in the Taurus, identified as 38-year-old Noora Al Mafraji, suffered fatal injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the car was injured and transported to an area hospital for emergency care. The Ford driver was also injured and rushed to an area hospital. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
