Car Accidents in Missouri

Every year, tens of thousands of individuals in our state experience the profound effects of motor vehicle accidents. The consequences extend beyond mere disruption of their lives, often resulting in significant financial, mental, and physical consequences.

Many victims find themselves with injuries that demand extensive medical care. Fractured bones, as well as traumatic head or neck injuries, frequently require multiple surgeries and months of hospitalization, rehabilitation, or therapy.

The inability to work while dealing with the overwhelming burden of medical bills affects not only the victims themselves but also their families. It is unjust that those who are harmed in accidents due to the actions of others are forced to bear substantial treatment costs and other financial burdens that they face following their accident.
