Harrisonville, MO (July 13, 2023) – Three people were transported to area hospitals following a car crash that occurred in Cass County. At around 11:50 a.m. on July 11, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto wreck on Missouri State Route 7.

Reports from authorities show that a black 2022 Lexus SUV was traveling north on the roadway when the vehicle collided with a white 2004 International Harvester. The impact of the crash caused the Harvester to collide with a white 2022 Chevrolet Blazer. All three vehicles were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.

Three people were hurt as a result of the accident. EMS transported 68-year-old Larry Thompson and 84-year-old Patsy Beaty to Golden Valley Hospital for emergency treatment. A third victim, 76-year-old Danny Bane, was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for emergency care.

At this time, investigations into the crash are being performed.
