Auto Accidents in Missouri

Motor vehicle accidents take place far too often in Missouri. Every month, more than 5000 people are hospitalized as a result of collisions in our state. When innocent people are involved in these accidents, they are often forced to undergo extensive medical treatment for the injuries they suffered. Common injuries following automobile collisions in our state include concussions, severe bone fractures, severe lacerations, and traumatic brain injuries.

Regrettably, many victims suffer these and other significant injuries in crashes that are caused by negligent drivers. It is also common for victims to suffer injuries as a result of collisions caused by speeding motorists, drivers who are high on drugs, drivers drunk on alcohol, and drivers who fail to yield to others. Regrettably, reckless and negligent actions continue to beef common factors in the majority of collisions reported statewide.
