Liberty, MO (November 21, 2023) – A 70-year-old man from Kearney, Missouri, was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a crash that occurred in Clay County. At around 11:10 p.m. on November 17, authorities were requested at the scene of a crash that occurred on Missouri Route 152.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports, a 2018 Kia Sportage ran a red light at the intersection of Missouri Route 152 and Interstate 35. As a result, the vehicle collided with a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The vehicles were both severely damaged in the crash and had to be towed from the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet, identified as Daniel Rabe, was transported by Liberty Fire EMS to Liberty Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
