Missouri City, MO (March 16, 2024) The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a truck accident that occurred in Clay County. The accident was reported to law enforcement at approximately 2:50 p.m. on March 14.
According to official reports, a 2012 Fiat 500 was involved in a collision with a 2018 Ford F3 50 pickup truck on the eastbound side of Missouri State Highway 210. As a result of the accident, the Fiat became airborne and collided with a 1998 Peterbilt tractor-trailer. The Fiat then overturned off the right side of the roadway and came to rest on its roof. The driver of the vehicle, 20-year-old Kinzee Alsup of Orrick, Missouri, was injured. She was transported by ambulance to Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Missouri, for emergency treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
