Car Accidents in Missouri

Every week, more than 1,050 persons in Missouri suffer injuries as a result of car accidents. We frequently see the serious effects that victims of car and truck accidents must endure. Although we can take preventative measures to protect those using the roads, there is no guarantee that other drivers will have our safety in mind.

Dealing with the aftermath of a motorcycle accident can be incredibly difficult. Trying to overcome painful physical and emotional injuries while being unable to work and earn an income can be incredibly difficult. Not only do victims struggle to move forward and pay their cost of living, but they are burdened by tens of thousands of dollars in medical costs and vehicle repair expenses. The unfortunate truth is that many accidents that take place across our state are preventable.

In fact, more than 94% of all collisions are caused by drivers who are drunk, under the influence of drugs, distracted, or engaging in other negligent actions while operating their vehicles. Following car crashes, injured parties are able to pursue legal action against those who are responsible.
