We hope Austin Salmans and John Lundin recover quickly following this accident.

Car Accidents in Missouri

Motor vehicle accidents send tens of thousands of people to area hospitals with injuries every year in the state of Missouri. There are many accidents that take place as a result of drivers who are reckless and negligent. One common factor identified in many accidents reported in Missouri is drivers who fail to yield. Drivers are required to yield the right-of-way to other motorists in various locations. This can include switching lanes, turning at intersections, or proceeding through intersections.

Unfortunately, we see many drivers fail to yield the right-of-way and cause serious accidents. When innocent people are hurt as a result of automobile collisions, they often face significant consequences. Many victims are left with broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, and other serious injuries that require extensive medical treatment. To make matters even more difficult to deal with, victims often face significant financial consequences as well.

To overcome the challenges that injured parties face in the aftermath of motor vehicle accidents, they have the ability to file personal injury lawsuits against the responsible parties. These legal claims provide victims with financial relief for their medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages they face. In the aftermath of an accident, it is important that victims seek help from a Missouri car accident lawyer immediately.
