Fatal Auto Accidents in Missouri

In 2022, nearly 1030 people died as a result of automobile accidents in Missouri. Unfortunately, we see many people die as a result of accidents that are completely preventable. When victims lose their lives as a result of these accidents, their families are often forced to deal with overwhelming consequences.

After the loss of a loved one due to a fatal collision, your family is able to file a wrongful death claim against the responsible party. A wrongful death claim can help your family get money to cover some of the losses and damages that you face during this difficult time. This can include compensation for:

  • Funeral Expenses: You have the ability to recover compensation to alleviate the impact of funeral and burial expenses.
  • Loss of services: If your loved one provided household services, such as cleaning or mechanical work, you can recover compensation for the loss of services that you no longer receive.
