Car Accidents in Missouri

Each year, a significant number of individuals fall victim to motor vehicle accidents in the state of Missouri, a problem that arises due to the reckless and negligent behavior of drivers. One of the most common types of accidents is rear-end collisions, often caused by drivers who are both speeding and distracted, failing to keep their attention on the road ahead and subsequently colliding with the vehicles in front of them. Other types of accidents that we see take place fairly often in our state include broadside collisions, sideswipe collisions, and head-on crashes.

These motor vehicle accidents frequently result in severe injuries that require medical attention. Within Missouri, we witness thousands of cases where individuals suffer from traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and broken bones following these accidents. Many of these crashes can be attributed to negligence, with distracted driving, speeding, failure to yield the right-of-way, and impaired driving being common factors leading to serious harm.
