Peculiar Twp., MO (January 14, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Cass County left a 54-year-old man injured. The accident occurred at around 5:10 p.m. on January 11.
According to official reports, a 2017 GMC Sierra was traveling on Missouri Route seven when it collided with a 2023 Ford F150 pickup truck at the intersection of East 227th Street. Further investigations determined that the Ford was traveling on the roadway when it crossed in the path of the GMC, resulting in the vehicles colliding. Both vehicles suffered significant damage and had to be towed from the scene. The driver of the GMC, identified as Robert Sipple of Harrisonville, Missouri, was injured. At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
