Fatal Auto Accidents in Missouri

Fatal accidents claim the lives of thousands of people across the state of Missouri each year. Regrettably, there are frequent instances where the involved parties succumb to the reckless and negligent actions of others. When drivers do not operate their vehicles in a safe way, it can have deadly consequences for others around.

Following the loss of a loved one in a fatal car accident, avenues for recourse exist. Pursuing compensation through legal channels can help mitigate the losses and damages endured. While it cannot replace the loss, legal action may offer a semblance of restitution and closure. A wrongful death claim helps you recover compensation for various damages, including:

  • Pain and suffering: Compensation may be sought for the anguish endured by the deceased prior to their passing.
  • Funeral and burial expenses: Reasonable costs associated with funeral arrangements can be recovered.
  • Medical expenses: Reasonable medical costs incurred before the fatal event can be compensated.
  • Loss of love and companionship: Damages may be awarded for the emotional void left by the absence of the deceased's affection, companionship, and support.

It is imperative to engage a wrongful death attorney in Missouri immediately. A dedicated legal team can provide invaluable assistance throughout the claims process and advocate for compensation on your behalf.
