Kansas City, MO (March 8, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported in the Kansas City area claimed one person’s life while leaving three others injured. The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department was dispatched to the scene of the accident at approximately 11:15 p.m. on March 6.
According to preliminary investigations, a blue Toyota Corolla was traveling east on Southwest Boulevard when he became involved in a collision near Madison Avenue. As a result, the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and collided with a telephone pole. One person was fatally injured and pronounced deceased immediately at the scene. Three victims were transported to area hospitals for emergency medical care. Two of the victims were admitted in serious but stable condition. The third victim was admitted in critical condition. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
