Car Accidents in Missouri

Every year, countless individuals in our state endure injuries from car accidents, ranging from severe head trauma to broken bones and more. These injuries can turn lives upside down. But if you've suffered serious harm in a crash, you have the right to seek compensation through a personal injury claim.

In Missouri, it's crucial to understand the concept of pure comparative negligence in personal injury cases. This means that even if you bear some responsibility for the accident, you can still receive compensation. Damages awarded are adjusted based on the degree of fault assigned to each party. So, even if you're deemed 99% at fault, you can still pursue compensation for the remaining 1%.
