Truck Accidents in Missouri

Every day, innocent people are hurt as a result of accidents that take place in the state of Missouri. Negligent driving is one of the leading factors behind many of the accidents that we see. These accidents often lead to serious injuries that require extensive medical care.

Each year, we see countless types of accidents take place that result in significant injuries. Among the most common types of accidents is head-on collisions. These occurrences typically involve a direct impact between the fronts of two vehicles. The resulting damage can be extensive, often rendering vehicles irreparable. Injuries stemming from head-on collisions are generally severe.

Another recurrent accident type in the Golden State is the rear-end collision. These scenarios often feature one vehicle colliding headfirst into the rear of another. Reckless driving, notably tailgating and excessive speeding, frequently underlie rear-end collisions. Such incidents can also arise from driver distraction.

T-bone accidents, which are crashes that involve vehicles colliding with each other at perpendicular angles, constitute yet another frequently reported collision type. Disregarding traffic signals, particularly red lights and stop signs, is a common cause of these accidents. In many cases, these accidents result in rollovers.
