Car Accidents in Missouri

Automobile accidents across Missouri continue to cause severe harm to innocent people every day. There are countless instances where victims are hurt in accidents that are preventable.

Leading factors in auto accidents across our state include:

  • Speeding: Traveling too fast can significantly increase the chances of a driver losing control of their vehicle and crashing into another.
  • Drunk Driving: When drivers are under the influence of alcohol, they are likely to lose control of their vehicles, enter other liens, and crash into nearby cars.
  • Distractions: When drivers do not have their full attention on the road ahead, they can crash into other vehicles and cause severe harm to those inside.
  • Run Red Lights: When drivers run red lights and intersections, they can crash into other vehicles that have the right of way to travel.

Any negligent or careless action can lead to an accident that causes severe harm to those around. If you have been hurt as a result of a crash, you may be able to take legal action against the person who is responsible.
