Pleasant Hill, MO (May 30, 2023) – On May 28, emergency officials were called to the scene of a crash that took place in Cass County and sent two people to area hospitals with injuries.
At approximately 2:56 p.m., a 1978 Ford F250 pickup truck was traveling on the southbound side of Route 291 when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway after losing attire. The tired traveled down the road and crashed into a 2008 Harley-Davidson just north of East 203rd Street.
The impact of the crash caused the motorcycle to go off the side of the roadway can eject both of the occupants.
The driver of the motorcyclist, identified as 29-year-old Brad Storm, and his passenger, 28-year-old Erika Storm, were both severely injured. The two victims were transported to Research hospital for emergency treatment.
