Raymore, MO (November 12, 2023) – A woman and a teenager were injured as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in Cass County.

The accident was reported at around 1:00 p.m. on November 11.

According to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers, a 2009 Yamaha side-by-side was involved in the collision in the area of 19911 South Pickering Road. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to overturn.

Three people were treated for injuries while at the scene. The victims were identified as a 12-year-old female, a 15-year-old male, and 59-year-old Wanda Barko, all of Belton, Missouri.

Barko and the 15-year-old were both transported by South Metro EMS to Research Medical Center for the treatment of injuries.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
