Sedalia, MO (May 1, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Pettis County and ended in injuries on Monday, April 29.
According to preliminary reports, at around 4:35 p.m., a collision involving a green 2023 Kawasaki motorcycle and a white 2017 Ford Fusion occurred on the southbound side of Winchester Avenue. Authorities arrived at the scene and closed off the roadway just south of US Highway 50. Both vehicles were severely damaged in the crash and had to be towed from the scene. The motorcyclist, identified as 27-year-old Jacob Etter of Sedalia, Missouri, was injured in the crash. At this time, investigations into the accident are underway.
