Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in Missouri

Reports from 2022 show that approximately 151 motorcyclists lost their lives as a result of automobile accidents statewide. These accidents account for 14 percent of total traffic fatalities reported in Missouri last year.

The unfortunate truth is that motorcyclists are at a significant disadvantage when it comes to being protected during accidents. They do not have any protection to keep them safe. When motorcyclists are involved in accidents, there is a significant chance that they will also be ejected from the vehicles. This can further worsen the severity of injuries that they suffer.

This makes it critically important for surviving family members to seek guidance from a skilled legal team that will be able to fight to protect their rights and best interests.
